My passion for sun safety has stemmed from a family history of skin cancer and a nursing background.

Loosing an Aunt to Melanoma a few years ago, having a Ginger complexion and living on the East Coast of Australia has left a burning desire to make sun safety a priority and a little more enticing.

This year in 2024, at 28 years old I've had my first Skin Cancer cut out from my neck. A BCC, arguably a direct result of cumulative UV exposure...

Running a product based business, you are acutely aware that you have the potential to further harm the environment or help it - way more so than in your personal life.

In our opinion, a premium quality surf hat that is made to last will add to its sustainable scoring.

For this reason, we are proud that we have sourced a Recycled Nylon made from Post Consumer Waste, which makes up the outer of our surf hats, beach gazebo's & swimmers.

All Plow apparel is also made from organic or recycled fibres too.

Packaging is always biodegradable or recycled.

We constantly search for more sustainable materials that won’t compromise the high quality of these surf hats and beach gear!

We try our best to tick all the boxes. Cheers to that

FAQ's

Do you do kids surf hats?

YES!, All of our hats are stocked in kids sizes all the way up to Dads big Melon.

Our Super Grom size will fit a toddler up to a 6 year old.
Kids often have adult sized noggins though so we keep all our hats displayed in the same product profile.

How do I know my surf hat size?

Head sizes are a funny thing, there's no one size fits all. But we have you covered from Super Grom up to Super Melon!

Our hats fit Toddlers, Kids, Men & Women.
They have tightening mechanisms, so size up if you're unsure.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do!! We use AusPost to send our online orders. 
Standard and Express shipping is available, and timing is subject to the shipipng carrier.

We also offer Complimentary Standard International Shipping when your order value is higher than $250

How long until I receive my order?

We aim to have your order fulfilled within 48hrs.
Shipping times are dependant on AusPost.
For Domestic orders once shipped:
- Express 1-3 days
- Standard 2-5 days

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for exchange or refund.

You’ll love your plow hats, that’s why I’m happy to offer returns… it rarely happens. Please do not purchase multiple sizes with the intention to return... the extra postage is wasteful to the environment & your pocket!

Measure your noggin before you place an order.

Refer to the Refund Policy, and please lodge the return within 30 days of receiving the item.
